How does my ticket convert?

If you purchased Early Bird / Standard Full Weekend / 2 Day Ticket, you can use it as x2 tickets for our new venue.

If you purchased One Day Ticket / Plastic Free July / Hat Party Full Weekend you can use it as a 1 ticket for our new venue.

Please note, you will not be receiving a new ticket! Your name and original ticket’s barcode will be assigned to the new ticket option instead.

What Options are available?

STANDARD EVENT TICKET - Ticket to MHA event at Hop Yard Brewery on 7th September (£20) + Partial Refund

Full Refund

When will I get my refund?

The refunds will be processed within the first two weeks after the MHA event and will be issued to the account the original payment was made from.

Please note, we will only refund the face value of the ticket. Any booking fee will not be refundable as it is being charged by external ticketing and payments processing companies.

How much time do I have to submit my answer/ refund choice?

You have 5 working days from receiving this email to respond to the form.

What happens if I don’t submit an answer?

Your option will be recorded as a Full Madness Package.

What is the new location of the festival?

The event will now take place in the wonderful Hop Yard Brewing Co located on Hartfield Road, Forest Row, RH18 5AA.

What time the door will open and close?

The doors will open at 11:30am with music and other activities starting at 12pm. The doors will close at 1am when the last DJ set finish.

How do I get there?

If you’re travelling from Brighton/East Sussex area take the train to Three Bridges station (with the last return train at 11:54pm ) and then bus 291 to The Brambletye which takes about 40min.

If you’re travelling from London area take the train to East Grinstead station (with the last return train at 11:06pm) and then bus 291/261/270 to The Brambletye which takes about 10min.

Please note, the bus 291 runs once every hour with the last one leaving Forest Row (The Brambletye) at 10:47pm. Single journey costs £3-5 and can be paid by cash/ contactless card on the bus. Please follow this link for the 291 bus timetable.

In the event of missing your bus our stewards will be happy to assist you in getting a local taxi.

Is there a campsite available?

There will be a campsite available to anyone who has purchased a ticket for our event. It is located a 5min drive away from our new venue at Shepherds Gate Farm, Colemans Hatch, Hartfield, East Sussex, TN7 4HF. It will be open from Friday 5pm until Sunday midday. You can get there and back from Forest Row by catching bus 291 and getting off at the Parrock Lane, Colmans Hatch. Please note, the entrance to the campsite is located on the other side of the field, next to the Catwick Cattery, TN7 4HR.

Is there a carpark/campervan space available?

There will be a carpark/campervan space available to anyone who has purchased a vehicle pass for our event. It is located at the same point as the campsite: Coleman’s Hatch, Heartfield, East Sussex and will be open from Friday 5pm until Sunday midday. Please take note that the car park is situated a 5-minute drive away from The Hop Yard and that parking near the Hop Yard can be hard to find. We recommend catching the 291 bus.

Will there be food?

There will be few food vendors serving delicious plant based meals and drinks.
